I've replaced it with a Drayton one. Seems to have settled down, only thing is the pump seems to keep running after the boiler has switched itself off. I'll leave it overnight and see if it goes off.

So I've swapped out the 3 port valve thinking that would make everything better - when I turn on the water or the heating it flicks over to the right setting from W to H do that's all fine .The pump is working as I can hear it and I've drained it to get the air out of the system as best I can...

It was the whole thing, I bought that one off the link from screwfix that I put on earlier. Time to buy a new valve? They should refund the old one I imagine as it's not old. Are flowmasta a bit crap?
