All the hot taps, kitchen, bathroom and the shower show the same issue. the PHE was changed as well as the expansion vessel for a the same issue we kept the old one just to make sure they were changed. I'll try the HW with the main feed closed when i get home

even using two taps it does the same thing takes ages to heat gets very hot then the boiler then you hear the boiler stop burning gas and till it quieten down and there's a sort of cycling and clicking noise noise and the water goes cold and it stays like this until you have stopped running...

Hi Combi Greenstar 24i had a new heat exchanger and an expansion vessel replaced 6 months ago. Today the CH is fine, pressure looks fine about 1.5bar but the HW when running gets really hot then stops and you can hear the boiler sort of cycling then stop and then it sound like the fan goes off...

Yes every tap, when you run the HW. It runs cold as normal then gets very hot quickly and the the burner light goes off and the water goes cold

Its a relatively new system, that's been serviced every year, I looked at the manual and its states over temperature shut down which then shuts off the gas valve which seems to be what's happening, ill pressurise the expansion vessel to 1 bar and see how we go from there.

Its and LPG system that has been serviced every year Its been so warm this year we have only been using it for showering and HW. My partner said she ran the HW, it started to only work for 30 seconds then went cold, so she stop running it and after running it again it went really hot and goes...

Anyone Trades person able to lime render two small exterior terraced walls in the Doncaster area. Having difficulties find anyone who has the skills to take the job on.

I've offered to pay but hes not interested as its his chimney. Its only damp in one section about 1 foot in diameter about 2 foot off the 3rd step on my side. There is no damp either side or above it, i've taken off all the plaster above and below that section, im waiting to see if it dries out...

Yes they had concrete render that I have removed i'm going to have them lime rendered on the ground floor area later this year.
