EV Charge installer came today and left a 7KW wire exposed (see image) in the hall. When my wife sent this image I could not believe it. Unfortunately I am isolated 110 miles from home. Can she continue to charge the car or should we shut it down and wait for someone competent to fix it?

Morning all, Our existing GlowWorm hideway is not very efficient and needs replacing. I thought to replace the boiler with a Pott. Promax FSB 30. 1) Should I conside replacing other parts of the system e.g. pumps. 2) Floor standing versus wall mounting any advantages either way? TIA

Our Glow=worm 80B heats the radiators continually even when the Honeywell controller has central heating to off. Is this most likely a controller/boiler or valve problem? hot water seems under control. There is a Grundfos circulator where is that likely to be? I am trying to build up a map...
