I think there’s fresh dust down from them. I’m getting the air brick installed next week, looking at the same houses along my row they all have air bricks under the door and mine doesn’t. I guess the lack of ventilation has caused damp? I’m not exactly sure how the air brick will be installed.

I’m not sure when the down pipe was replaced but I suspect it was a while ago as the pipe does not look new.

Please see the attached further pictures. I had a survey but he didn't think it was significant and mentioned the old down pipe too. I thought the damp had been solved but it seems not.
