    It is not connected to our house drains, we have checked and found all the outlets for this. Not sure if it is connected to anything!

    Investigating standing water in our neighbours garden we have lifted a manhole cover outside our back door. It is brick construction, domed and full of water. We think it is 3 metres deep at least, can see one outlet /inlet that is blocked and also a metal pipe running down into it. Can see that...
