I didn't know that, no the off peak light wouldn't come on no matter what.

My bro looked inside , all connections are fine.

He wasn't very helpful. All that we menge to find out was that when switching on the boost the top immersion heater gets the power supply but doesn't seem to heat the water. Looks like the bottom one doesn't get the supply at all. If that makes sense. Will have to get a professional to come and...

Double checked, they are all on

I can still switch on the boost and the boost light will go on but it doesn't heat the water. Maybe the pictures will help.?

Hi all I have recently noticed that the boiler doesn't heat up the water at all (for the past few days) not even with the boost. Off peak light doesn't come on. What might be the problem? Will appreciate any advice. Many thanks
