    We don’t dry any clothes indoors as we have a dryer in the utility room. And have the window open in there when in use. only relevant points I see we don’t have any vents on the double glazing windows nor any visible vent bricks.

    Hi thanks for your reply. As we want a recess sliding door enclosure. Everything needs to at the same line. Am in two minds whether to do a wet room former then everything will be in unison and also could set the enclosure door to 760mm. But I understand wet room former will increase my costs...

    Is 700mm wide shower area sufficient / comfortable. Looking to replace bath with 700mm by 1200 shower tray. Auctally dedicate the whole side of that bathroom to shower area. So 1200 will be shower tray (low profile) and a levelled up floor (tiled) of further 500mm total 1700mm. Reason I ask...
