    yep thats what I did as shown in my diagram: I even did it the other way around so light pair of cables into load and fan pair into supply, nothing, not a sausage.

    Thanks Yeh well I thought that he would remember where the wires went, but he didnt. Should have just done it myself! ha Anyhoo so the block when wired should then be: top L red, top N black from one wire and bottom red L and black N from other wire. Moogie

    Rebooted boiler like you said. Still pops up with Error 02. I called ATAG UK today and they are going to get a local chap to call me to arrange a service. Chap at ATAG said that the error usually pops up when it needs servicing. So am waiting for a call which will prolly be Monday...
