Hi Folks, like a plonker i have let the oil tank run dry. I have now had it refilled. the boiler (camray 5 combi) is in lockout at the moment. i have bled the pipe (one pipe system) pressed the reset button a few times still goes into lockout. I'm assuming the burner needs bleeding? if so any...

Undid the large screw water p****d everywhere so closed it , whacked it with a hammer. No Joy. Another stupid question what about the diverter valve could that be the problem or is it definately the pump?

Probably a stupid question but should i turn the valves off either side of the pump first?

not sure, the flow pipe to the pump is hot but the pipe coming out of the pump is not. The pump is doing something but wether it is actually pushing water is debatable

Yep did the job. Works fine, i had to top up the water pressure a few times while bleeding the radiators. Brilliant! thanks for your help. Top website!!!!

Got up this morning, freezing cold. Boiler not working. The system pressure guage is just above zero. red limit indicator is on. pump is working but sounds like air is in the system. any help would be much appreciated
