    Glow Worm Compact 100p Not Heating Water!

    Set heating to on or hot water tap,then check to see if the fan and pump are running,one of these can stop it fireing.Or safest way get a CORGI engineer out.

    cold radiator at top of house

    The problem sounds like the radiator is to far away from the boiler.You say it is seven meters away,the pump in the boiler is only a 5 meter head so it will not pump up there,the water will take the shortest route.You will have to move the boiler higher up in the house,or try turning of all rads...

    Depends how old your boiler is ,the fault could be the hot water heat exchanger partially blocked.Drain boiler and remove but dont loose O rings flush out and refit If the water is not going through fast enough it will cut out on overheat stat,then keep fireing on then off.Hope this any help
