ideal minimiser boiler

Hi i have a big problem with a minimiser FF50 System boiler,it is 10 years old,and now when it fires up,it screams like a cat being stangled.It has been drained and sludge remover installed for 7days then flushed out.It has been flushed a few times,but made no differense,i dont think it is kettleing as it does it from cold.Anybody had this problem before.All ideas apreciated.

When was the last time the heat exchanger was cleaned?

Not the water side but the gas side.

If it has not been properly cleaned EVERY year then that is the likely problem.

If the burner pressure is set too high that will also make it squeel.

Best thing to do with that lump of junk is hire a skip and chuck it in it
