Certainly an option but I'd like to match an existing capped cavity blockwall. I'm wondering can I build my cavity wall leaving ties out both sides and do a 4" solid up each side as a pier. Well I know I can but is it the correct way.

Hi, I have to put a 90 degree bend in a white waste pipe. I have a miter box and saw to cut it but what glue should I use to join them and how can I hold them in position while the glue dries? Thanks
