Another problem I have had on the grant combi 90 is this.... When the hot water is on and left on for a while (running a bath, etc) the heating comes on even if it is switched off. And when the heating forst comes on in the morning, the DHW is luke warm at best. What would cause this...

OK, it's a combi 90. I have attached a pic of the offending item. It looks like it has corroded through some of the insualtion around the outside of the tank.
