Thanks for the advice all, managed to get round to it today and just removing the 230v link managed to get it working fully. Will monitor in the long run tho for any oddities but right now all working as intended.

Your right, I'm not to sure why I've linked the 230v to the COM on the receiver. I think that was from following another thread and I've forgot to unlink that. Here is a link to the MI for the two zone valve system...
