    This has a 1" female (outlet on tank is 3/4" male), and there's no flat surface on the tank to create a seal against.

    I need to fit a Surrey/York flange to a hot water tank for better air removal prior to installing a Grundfos shower pump. My issue is that the tank itself has a fixed male 3/4" outlet, in to which is currently a 22mm compression fixing to the DHW supply. The flanges I've seen from Grundfos...
