    Normal central heating run off a combi. Nothing directly above and no leaks upstairs. Noone has interfered with the floors or anything. Hence why am baffled

    Water is fed from rear. Floor is dry. Laminate flooring. Which is dry. Boiler is in bathroom. Directly Above kitchen. So pipe comes in and straight up to feed the boiler in bathroom. And then pipes go where they go. Other side of damp patch attached

    Screwfix do a number of resins. Polyester, vinylester, styrene free etc. Can you recommend one? Never used this stuff before but online reviews are singing its praises so maybe am missing a trick here

    I think rigifix is much easier. How do you get resin into the hole if there is a cavity between plasterboard and brick?

    So with the resin and threaded rod method. You drill the hole for the rod. Apply the resin to the thread that will sit in the hole? Allow to dry and set aNd then attach the bracket and fasten nuts?
