The kitchen units/cupboards are in bright yellow and I would like to paint it over with a more natural colour like pine. What do I need to do? What steps should I take before tackling this? What ind of paint can I use, etc.? any advice greatly appreciated! Many thanks in advance. :)

Prevention is better than cure! ;) Since using Mozilla Firefox instead of IE, I get very few spy/adwares. I am also very wary of installing dodgy software, e.g. Kazaa or any "free" software that installs spyware. Both Ad-aware and Spybot, for me, does the job well. :)

came to the kitchen this morning to find that it was all flooded thanks to Bahama boiler. :evil: Pressure was way over 3 but after switching it off and turning on the sink tap, it went down to zero. No more flooding but now the boiler is not firing? Is it something to do with flow switch...
