Yes, I could find plenty in the States! High level won't work as restricted height, also keen to get compact unit as close to the wall as possible. I may need to get back to wall unit and put the cistern on the other side of the wall, which is 30cm thick....

Thanks for reply, I think the rest of the house is two pipe, certainly upstairs seems to be and this is how new radiators were connected. Not sure what you mean by 3&4, we have a combi boiler if that makes a difference?
