Long shot, hope someone can help. We have just rented a flat with the above old 55K BTU boiler sited in the kitchen, I'm a little worried about it's venting, smells etc and hope someone can help. Boiler is not enclosed, the kitchen is about 4m x 2m, and has a wooden door to the outside...
