Issue has been resolved this AM, a new engineer came out and noticed instantly that the connection between the gas pipe and the boiler was loose.
now tightened and pressure is fine. Whole thing has been an absolute joke.
Aside from the Engineer who attended this AM, who was excellent.
Asked for a copy of the pre install survey, should they have tested the pressure at the boiler and potentially been able to pick up on the low pressure?
they have listed the standing as 21 and operating at 20, assuming mb, Would I be correct in saying that this will be the pressure at the meter...
Apologies, it was the insulation panel that was cracked. The combustion seal was also in poor condition.

In terms of run, with it being under the house I have no idea. It doesn't look too complicated, but that is without knowing the state of play under the flooring.

The boiler in place was a combi, 19 years old though, we got a regular service on it and the heat plate I believe had cracked and a danger do not use sticker was stuck on it, paid £2600 for the boiler and install, with the danger stick though we didn't shop around and...
Recently had a new boiler installed (10 days ago) Ideal logic 2 30kw.
A pre-installation survery was done apparently.
Guy mentioned once it was installed and he was doing final tests that there was an issue with the pressure, between the meter and the boiler.
