Ha! Contacted Hive Technical Support Said he didn't know too much about it and that was it!Hung up on me! Back to square one!

Thanks Ian It's been on and off intermittently since I installed it a couple of hours ago. It's behaving normally when we demand hot water. Maybe it's some kind of feeling out process!? House is cooling down now - the schedule would aim to keep it above 20 degrees so we'll see!

So i wired my Greenstar 38CDi as per this diagram. Hive router, thermostat and receiver all connected. Says heating is off but Boiler is still firing. Any idea why? Sorry to bother you again John

That's great scatman John, thanks very much for your help. The Hive installation instructions mention the need for 5 wires? Will 3 suffice? Thanks again. Ryan.
