There's only 1 chimney

It doesnt smell, and no not an external wall. Mainly just either side of the fireplace. A small amount has appeared next to the doorframe by the speaker

The chimney isn't blocked up, it was swept before Christmas. There isn't a radiator or pipe above it. Defective damp courses are a common problem on the estate and the damp surveyor recommended a new course

We had to have a new damp course as it was listed as defective on a damp survey when we bought the house. It's an electric heater so there is no flue coming off it

Hi, since wallpapering my living room these dark marks have appeared on my wallpaper. They were a lot fainter to start with but now darker and bigger. It shouldnt be damp as we had a damp proof course done 12 months ago. Anyone have idea what this is or how to deal with it?
