The boiler isn't working. The programmer is showing two red lights. These are the one's to the right of the slider controls. The CH one is on constantly and the one for hot water flashes, regardless of where the slider control is positioned. Pump is running and fan attempts to run/switches off...

Thanks for the replies. The plumber did say that if we went for the strainer and filter option we would be able to carry out periodic cleaning ourselves. He's sending us a quote so I'll probably chat with him more then. He was recommended to us and seems a decent chap.
