The boiler isn't working. The programmer is showing two red lights. These are the one's to the right of the slider controls. The CH one is on constantly and the one for hot water flashes, regardless of where the slider control is positioned. Pump is running and fan attempts to run/switches off in time to the flashing light on the programmer. Could this just be a faulty programmer or is it an indication of some other fault. This is my parents boiler and they have as yet been unable to contact the installer. Any advice gratefully appreciated.

thats a good one . could do some simple checks if ya competant at wiring but 1st rule out programmer i think. If u turn off the pwer & link the live to the htg & hw output terminals on the clock it would prove if the clock faulty.
