    Central heating only luke warm

@transam - Hot water is fine, can even adjust it to 'scolding' level. @fixitflav - It's a new problem. I've only been in the property for around a year and do remember it working well initially when I first moved in. Boiler hasn't been changed since build (as I have the original paperwork and...

    Strange boiler behaviour...help required !!

Thanks for the info but no aerator on this box standard kitchen tap. Could the boiler trip out even when the tap is opened fully ? I'll report the flow rate of the hot water tap in full flow but it looks as though the water flows much quicker in the kitchen than it does in the bathroom.

Radiators are hot when only hot water is required

Gents, (& Ladies if any), I unscrewed the electronics from the valve and I saw a rotary semi-circular shaft on the valve itself. This I was able to rotate with little resistance. The electronics box contained a female insert where I assume the shaft locates into. When the system was...

Radiators are hot when only hot water is required

Sorry for the delay !! The motorised valve is A Potterton MSV322 which has LED's for Central Heating and Domestic Hot Water. When the appropriate function is selected then the LED's correspond as expected, i.e. When Hot Water is selected on the controller, the Domestic Hot Water LED is...
