I've bought myself a Salus it500 wireless thermostat with wi-fi connection - which is all working and connected to my iPhone.
Whilst I await for delivery of the Salus RXVBC605 receiver which is designed to slot into the front of my boiler, I opened up the boiler and the electronics control panel to understand the existing wiring circuit so it can be detached.
I saw that my existing and rather rubbish/partially broken Danfoss receiver is wired as expected and I can easily disconnect that.
My question is that there is a link between pins 3 and 4 of the terminal block in the control panel. Do I need to disconnect that link to allow the RXVBC605 to work ? or do I leave it in ?
Any help appreciated.
