Does anyone know this shower, I need to replace the thermostatic cartridge and cant find make or model on it even when stripped out! Steve.

No power in boiler, have got 230 at connector block in the boiler on the programmer side but nothing boiler side, I know these are renowned for pcb's and the MI's say replace the pcb, but if I've got 230 one side and nothing the other it must be a connection fault at that block, didn't have time...

Double check that you water is actually turned on fully at the meter outside.
