When I turned off the mains for the Central heating system so nothing kicked in, the amount of gas used was Zero, so I dont feel I have a gas leak or else it would have shown some used gas

I have verified the amount of gas used with the meter and its the same overnight, during the day the IHD shows it fluctuates and sometimes zero gas for some hours, I am sure its costing me more than it should, but dont know if its the programmer or boiler that is at fault.

I did a manual bell test and it works OK and makes the normal alarm siren, while in prog mode the buzzing noise of the bell stops, however when out of the mode it gives off the loud buzzing noise all the time. Took the cover off the bell box and the green and red lights are alternately flashing

Sorry, the panel was still working when I turned off the mains, I could still set and reset when closing the door, it was just the bell keep sounding that stopped when I turned off the mains.
