Sorry to bump an old thread we're looking at replacing our old glow worm back boiler with one of the new Baxi back boilers and was just wondering if you have to have one off the Valor fires to go with it or can we any sort of electric fire for our room once the install is done

I've got an old Glow Worm BBU that I need to replace so will have to try and find out what model it is

Thanks I've been told that British Gas will be doing them in Jan 2010 so now we've got our pump replace will probably hold off until next year - got to be easier than fitting a new condensing boiler

I've found that Baxi do a new BBU that complies to current building regs and can be installed as a straight swop for an existing BBU but I'm having difficulty find someone in the Hertfordshire area who can quote for this - can anyone help me with this?

Our central heating timing has given up the ghost and I've been reading on here about what ones we can replace it with we like the look of the Drayton SM2 but the wiring diagram on the product website doesn't seem to indicate clearly where the live neturals etc should go - is this the right...
