Yes completely right, we'll do something of a path down to the shed, maybe some stepping stones or something down the side. It's just the size of the paving and great big water feature gets in the way so much as it's so central. Badly planned to begin with in my opinion.
Thanks all for your advice and compliments. Main reason to change is to make it more child friendly and for larger grass area. Think I know I need to redo the lot.

Boiler heats the whole house, no zones. I recently opened up the lock shields on the rads a little more, and it seems to have reduced the noise a little. I've also cleaned out the magnetic filter (which was pretty clean)

Hi, sorry for delayed reply. We've got the B1HC, so I think it comes without the storage cylinder. So far it performs as I'd expect any boiler too, but with the ignition cable failing and it developing this new noise, not that impressed for the money and expectation it was a premium product...
