so do you think it is worth just trying a new one, is there any way of testing the PCB, or the other things you mentioned? Thanks for your help by the way :)

also tried switching the water feed to the hot water and ran a cycle, waters still freezing even though the water coming out of my tap is scalding :/

yeah we kinda figured that out now, it's just grotty I have found the heater element and tested it with a multimeter it read 29.2 ohms. so does this mean it would probably be the circuit board?

Hi I am looking for some help, desperately! My dishwasher has stopped heating the water. The cycles run fine, except it's all freezing cold, so not washing properly. I have taken the front off and can see no dodgy wires etc I have taken the sides off and on the left side there...
