Just had a new roof fitted. There’s an area of pooling see pics 11mm deep is this a problem. Haven’t paid yet and roofer has asked me to check it over and let him know of any issues. Any thoughts appreciated. Pic on left just wet Pic on right 4 hours later

The customer has done in the past but says it comes back sooner than expected. Any idea of how often it’s expected to clear out a trap? Could a level pipe or not angled enough pipe be an issue?

I’m not sure not sure , only have a pic from customer. I’ll clean out traps. Should the waste pipe be angled to run slightly down? I was thinking it may need adjusting.

Hi I have an issue with this shower bath mixer set up. The bath filler is continuously dripping, but when the shower is turned on or the outside hot and cold taps, then it flows more like a continue stream as opposed to a drip. Why would this be and what can I do to fix it? thank you
