I'm currently waiting for it to go wrong again before I do the tests. Having sprayed the microswitch and the moving parts of the valve with ACF-50 wondering if it was a sticking switch, time will tell..

I noticed that the Torbeck valve farts when shutting off. It's quite loud. I do not have any pressure regulator in the valve because its fed by the tank in the loft ( 2 storey house). Anyone know what causes it .. TIA

I bought a 15mm x 1/2" tap connector from screwfix with built in isolator which done the job.. thanks

I opened the Torbeck and it's partially fitted so I think I'm stuck with it. The question I'm asking is would a standard tap connector do it or are the sizes wrong... TIA
