Hi, thanks for your message. We work all over the country and never turn a job down so I would definitely be interested in pricing for the work. The zinc work including the roof lights would come in around £4k. I would need to see some detailed drawings to be able to price up the entire roof structure. I can understand your desire to award the roof structure to one company to avoid having lots of sub contractors but I want to make you aware that this isn't the most cost effective option. If you're trying to complete a budget before you get plans drawn up I would allow between £8k - £10k for the entire roof structure.
