Hi! John No, there is definitely no pulsating. I have tried changing the same bulbs round but it's the same top left hand quarter that doe's not come on while cold, but doe's when it warms up. Thanks for reply anyway Abe

the top l/h side of the panel does not show (light up)when cold. after I have driven about 5 miles it gradually becomes full on again. Do'es anyone know how to cure this. Regards
