Poxi - do you know where to test for 240v at the heater? I couldn't work it out in the manual. Presumably if this is dead then I will need to buy a new programmer. Thankful for the recent warm weather!

I've tried bridging the room stat by connecting terminals 27 and 28 at the boiler itself and that hasn't worked it so I suspect that it is the programmer that has failed. Hopefully they are not too expensive.
