I assure you my post is most certainly not a 'wind up', but very much a disappointment.

I have set up my Gosford fire, following the instructions and double checking with the online manual. Thoroughly disappointed. I cannot see any flames above the logs only between the logs, so more a movement than anything else. I have had the fire on high mist/flame and the lowest setting...
