the wc overflow runs in there at the moment though i have been told he can do away with that and just run it in to the pipe on the wall.what is an aav.

any help appreciated,i bought a corner bath and had it fitted, its sides are mahogany panels.when plumber fitted it ,bath had to go quite high cos of pipes,so bottom of panels are 3" off floor.can only think of putting same shape of wood around bottom but as it is a round shape i dont know where...
