i have my waste pipe ( a grey plastic flexible pipe) joined to the sink outlet via jubilee clip and i have a constant drip i have tried every thing plumbers mate and ptfe tape but water still comes through.is there a connection i can buy .b&q,homebase and wickes have been no use. please help

i am not worried about the cost because i need a boiler but all the heating engineers wont touch it as it is not worth there while apparently , i have heating and water but it is the banging every hour that is the problem . I cant rip the ceiling out as i am in a block of flats
