    Thanks. There is a zone valve, but there are thermostatic valves on all radiators, so I guess the solution involves measuring the difference in water temperature between annexe supply and return pipes, the flow rate and time. Peter

    I have a satin emulsion paint that is too shiny, but I don't want to use matt, nor buy a tin of matt to mix with it. Any suggestions about how to make it less shiny ? Thanks, Peter
