Hi Like many others i've mounted a flat screen on wall and the power lead does not reach socket. As its a hard wired connection, i guess these are my options - Extension lead (no good as planning on hiding cable with trunking, no room to hide behind tv) - replace power lead from inside...

Is the easiest way to lay the frame out, as its correct distance - then use a long straight edge and mark over both posts?
