Texecom Premier Alarm - 2 sensors must activate before alarm triggers

I think it is due to the tempurature changes as we don't have dual tech pirs. Rather than change all our sensors if there was a possibility that 2 would need to be triggered before the alarm goes off that would work perfectly for us for the time being.

Texecom Premier Alarm - 2 sensors must activate before alarm triggers

Might be a strange question but is there a simple way change a setting on the control panel so that the alarm will only trigger if 2 sensors are activated. We are getting quite a few false alarms and this would solve our problem. Thanks in advance for any advice. :)

    Leaking Toilet..smelly water ..help!

You are probably correct but I've already done it now so just need to paint. It is the pipe that comes out the back of the toilet, the rubber had perished. I would have had to unscrew the pan and done something with the old over head height cistern with brass pipe. Also in mega old house and...

    Leaking Toilet..smelly water ..help!

I've heard you can paint Denso paint with oil based gloss as said above. Anyone had success doing this? The brown colour doesn't really look the best on a soil pipe.

    Wall Ties Required

Think you are correct. I know nothing about mortar but it is black in colour and ashy. So do you think I am safe not getting the wall ties done?

    Wall Ties Required

I have not looked at the deeds as they always stayed at my solicitor but 3 houses used to be 1 big house and they are all listed. The house on the end has a coat of arms and was built in 1779 or something like that. However you could be correct the 3 houses have had a lot of messing around with...
