    new ceiling light

    just put a plastic block connector on all the reds together and cover it with insulation tape to be hidden behind the new rose the loose red is probably the switch live and must stay separate

    replacing a 1 gang switch with a 2 gang switch

    do you have 2 sets of wires for the 2 lights into the existing switch or has the second light been extended from the ceiling rose?
