For anyone else suffering from this problem, we had to have a man come and see the alarm and the problem seems to have been that the battery needed replacing.

We had our alarm go off this morning for no apparent reason. We typed in our code to stop it and the panel now reads RR T1 T5 T8 We can't seem to get to any menu on the panel as typing in our code sets off the alarm again (typing it again stops it again but goes back to the same RR as above)...
