A google search found this page when searching for "ICOS boiler flashing F L". It's Christmas Eve, it's freezing and we noticed our heating was out. I went to the garage where the boiler is (an ICOS HE15) and it too had the flashing F L sequence. No amount of resets would fix it. Bubbling...
