    So if I used the charts attached .. If the 62.7kw (214000btu) Im trying to get to would equal approx 2.00usg at 100psi would be the same as using a 1.65 nozzle at 145psi?

    The flue gas temp is measured outside at the flue. It is a short run, 90deg out the top and straight through the wall . About 1mtr from top of boiler to test hole in the center of the flue. Balanced Flue

    Do you think the flue temp is unusually lower even with it only being 0.1 size off the lowest nozzle and with higher oil pressure. , If I change the nozzle to the 1.35 output, Should I also be looking for some another fault. ?

    I know a while back. but Im having the same dilema (44kw Boiler) . Did you find sort the issue? Did you find a blending valve for 50kw boiler. Or did the bypass with manual valve work?
