So if I used the charts attached .. If the 62.7kw (214000btu) Im trying to get to would equal approx 2.00usg at 100psi would be the same as using a 1.65 nozzle at 145psi?

Ive estimated the previous output was about about 61Kw using 1.95 usg/hr. If Adjusting the diffuser to fine tune the settings what should I be expecting if I adjust it up and down.

Hi. Servicing an old Boulters C2 /9or 8 pathfinder. The plate on the side suggest original set up for gas oil . The sticker on the burner suggest the same but has since been written over on pen 28sec.. Burner is an old Riello R40 G10. Written on the burner sticker is 170 psi . nozzle...

I have found a Boulters boilers commissioning data sheet, that lists most of the boulters boilers. Shows Models, KW, Head, nozzles, PSI, bar CO2 and flue temps. It also has data for class D gas oil.. It looks like the data I have to set it to is similar to that of the 51kw Class D gas oil...

The flue gas temp is measured outside at the flue. It is a short run, 90deg out the top and straight through the wall . About 1mtr from top of boiler to test hole in the center of the flue. Balanced Flue

Do you think the flue temp is unusually lower even with it only being 0.1 size off the lowest nozzle and with higher oil pressure. , If I change the nozzle to the 1.35 output, Should I also be looking for some another fault. ?

Hi . I just serviced a Boulters Camray 5 150/200. I always first run it for a minute to check if it starts ok etc before I start and sounded ok. Quite a bit of carbon on the baffles, just presumed not seen a service in years. Nozzle and blast tube looked ok. Written in marker on the side...

I know a while back. but Im having the same dilema (44kw Boiler) . Did you find sort the issue? Did you find a blending valve for 50kw boiler. Or did the bypass with manual valve work?
