Shower stall

Potterton Puma not working. Seeking person able to repair. Located London SE5 8NE. No heat or hot water. HELP

The red light comes on and switch opens. The pilot still will not hold the flame when lit. No smells.

Wednesday morning. Boiler not hold flame for heat (came on and went off intermittently) but produced hot water, but after having a shower the boiler then made heat. Then ran normally for rest of day. The same thing happened Thursday and Friday. Except on Friday it blew out the pilot light...
