No Heat or Hot Water - Potterton Puma

Wednesday morning. Boiler not hold flame for heat (came on and went off intermittently) but produced hot water, but after having a shower the boiler then made heat. Then ran normally for rest of day.

The same thing happened Thursday and Friday. Except on Friday it blew out the pilot light and I had to hold control down for a long time before the pilot would stay on.

However yesterday (Saturday) it refused to make heat. Then the pilot went out and would not stay on when lit. No heat nor hot water.

Thermocouple?
Fan?

Open boiler (two screws under) and look at red light on pcb. Should come on-off smartly when you open and close tap. Does it fail to come on, or delay going off?

Put CH on and tap pcb - any sound of sparks? Smell funny?

The red light comes on and switch opens. The pilot still will not hold the flame when lit. No smells.
