I've attached a few pictures of the wall as it is at the moment.
Behind the plaster there's something like bonding. I suppose that I don't need to remove?
I thought that my best bets are to either:
-somehow flatten by skimming, but I can't do it with plaster because of the tiles weight issue...
I will be tiling with 60*30 procelain tiles. They weight about 3.57kg each which is about 20.6kg/sqm
The wall is not flat and it's plastered. Then ripping the current tiles off, some of the plaster also came off and when doing the "coin test" I can feel that some bit of plaster are not sound...
Without thinking too much about it we bought these tiles, and now I realize we might have made a mistake:

I am going to use them to tile the splashback of my kitchen. Right now there are small ceramic...
I'm sure this is a dumb question but I can't find the answer anywhere.
I'm looking to buy an LED panel as the main light source in my kitchen. The panel I'd go for is dimmable and has a remote control.
The remote is quite convenient to use to change light temperature and intensity, but I don't...
They pulled*up the floorboard and re-did the plumbing work themselves so... yeah, they had plenty of time to plan and figure stuff out.
I supplied it but it was there already when the works started so they could have inspected it and plan accordingly
yes I am 100% sure, he admitted it.
The WC...
So... in the end the builder has agreed to call an electrician that, in theory, would have just signed the certificate. In practice, he has spend ~2h in the loft and basically has re-done the whole thing.
Just to be clear, I am not upset because they had to cut it, I am upset because they did not ask me first. As this is likely to void the warranty, I would think that they should ask before doing it.
I have sent an email to the manufacturer to ask if the warranty is voided or not. If it is...
I think the problem is the position of the pipes coming from the floor... Which they had plenty of time to measure and plan for before putting boards and tiles up.
They did the pipework from scratch as well as flooring so, in my view, no excuse whatsoever
It's not too late for that luckily.
They re-did my entire bathroom so it's not just that i am paying them for but still... This has been going on for a month so I want to resolve it quickly but at the same time I payed for an item and now it is damaged
So... I've just found out by chance that my builder has cut part of the base on the back side of both my WC and bidet.
It's not an aesthetic problem because you can't see once they are in place but obviously the warranty is now voided.
Both items have been in my spare room for weeks so they...
turns out he's not an electrician by any means.
They have called-in a proper spark that will come next week to test and issue the minor works certificate.
Obviously I am a bit skeptical at this point. Is there a way to verify that the MWC is legitimate?
