As for your question, the wood work was just a former and stayed on the floor, al that went up on the roof, was the two halves of foam and fibreglass, with plywood pads etc set inside.
There was a bit of weight to lift in one go, as the whole thing was pre-plasterboarded.
If you're still interested, the pic's will show it from start to finish.
Oh and we're still using it all the time.
